Over-training is a very prevalent problem with runners, and it has not even being consciously realized by many runners, I decided to address this special topic from the two successful approaches we have used so far!
When the mileage and/or training intensity is high, it is very easy to suffer from repetitive stress injury due to over-taxing of the muscles, tendons, joints and ligaments.
