Many of you know that Dr. Dawn uses ART (Active Release Techniques) and Chiropractic to help her patients recover fast from their conditions. Do you know that Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine are two other strong artilleries she elicits help from, especially for tougher cases that call for multi-disciplinary solutions?
Dr. Dawn uses a few specific styles of Acupuncture, which are highly effective in reducing pain and restoring function.
These are some examples where Dr. Dawn has SUCCESSFULLY utilized Acupuncture for: severe cases of Frozen Shoulder and other shoulder pain, Tennis Elbow, Wrist pain and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome; Hip, Knee and Calf pain, Achilles tendonitis; Neck Pain and Low Back Pain (acute or chronic); Bell’s Palsy, Nerve pain, etc.
When it comes to non-musculoskeletal conditions, such as indigestion, insomnia, allergy, hormonal balance, etc, the list is even longer, and it will be covered separately!

In her 28 years of QiGong Practice she incorporated in her exercise program and martial arts practice, Dr. Dawn repeatedly finds that Group practice brings a synchronized optimal breathing pattern and many other changes, leading to an Accelerated and Amplified Results. And the SAME is TRUE for Acupuncture’s Healing Effects too!

All you need to do is to wear comfortable clothing so you can easily expose your forearms and lower legs (below the knees).
You will be in seated position and will likely be awake through the session.
